~ DO YOU TRAVEL?

You bet! All over the world.

~ Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?

For sure we are!
But to be honest, we really don’t want to label weddings!
– It’s “just” a wedding for us!!!
Love is love! All humans are equals to us!
You may wonder why we use terms such as LGBT+ friendly, lesbian wedding, gay wedding, queer wedding, trans wedding, marriage equality and gay marriage.

We are naturaly covering same-sex weddings in our own heteronormative but sweet way — guess why we are using some of these search terms, yes you are guessing right, LGBT+ community also is using terms such as gay marriage, lesbian weddings, gay weddings, two brides, two grooms when planning their weddings online. So if your community is actually going to find the resource that is going to help you plan your wedding with tailored language, knowledge and professional expertise truly geared toward them.

~ HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

I have no maximum limit of photos from a full wedding day. The numbers can vary with how much you have planned for your day and how long I’m there for.

~ HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

All edited photos will be supplied via your own private PicTime password protected Gallery where you can download them in high resolution, and there is a webshop attached to your gallery, from where you can purchase prints, albums and much more.

~ TURN AROUND

I aim for 2-3 weeks! It can be longer in busier periods but I will communicate this if so. Please, please no messages a week after your wedding asking me if they are ready! 

~ DO YOU WATERMARK MY PHOTOS?

Nope! I’m a professional successful wedding photographer, so watermark isn’t needed シ

~ EQUIPMENT

I’m never really sure why people ask me this (I guarantee one of your Uncles will on the wedding day). If you must know I use Canon R6 Mrk II, Canon RF lenses, Mac Book Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and store your photos on Synology NAS hard drive connected to a cloud service. I carry multiple camera bodies and lenses with me to ensure there will be no issues on your wedding day.

~ EDITING PROCESS

The way I edit photos enhances what’s already naturally there.
I give each photo attention to make sure they match my authentic style  

Trust me, I haven’t just downloaded a filter and plonked it on your photos, it’s something which I have created over 10+ years of using the Canon cameras and Adobe software, photographing more than 220+ weddings, gigs and portraits to bring you something totally unique.

~ INSURANCE

Yes I’m insured. Public liability up to €1,000,000 and Professional Indemnity €50,000

~ WHAT USAGE DO I HAVE?

I retain copyright of all of my photographs. You will be given full usage rights. You can print, share, do whatever you like with them. Though, if anyone reaches out to you, magazines, suppliers, blogs etc that want to use them on their own social media accounts make sure they ask me first.

~ ON YOUR DAY

I’m with you for as many hours you have booked me – that usually means I turn up half and hour before the start time, and leave shortly after the first dance, unless you book me to stay longer

~ FOOD AND DRINK

If I’m with you all day then I do need to eat and drink! I don’t expect anything extravagant, but something simple from your food supplier. If a meal is not provided then I will need to leave site to get some lunch, potentially missing key moments.
Please don’t reserve place at the guest tables, as I’m more comfortable eating a little away from you guys, still keeping an ear on the party.

~ HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

It’s painless, I promise! Visit my contact page and send me a message from the contact form there, and I’ll create a contract for you with all the information and steps you need to take to secure me for your date. I’ll send through a confirmation and receipt of the booking fee for your records and we’re all set!

~ PAYMENT & BOOKING FEE

The booking fee is taken to secure your date and is non refundable. This covers holding your date, our pre-wedding communications, consultations and the drawing up contracts. The full payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. 

~ CANCELLATIONS

I will do my best to send an associate photographer to cover your wedding. If I cannot find an associate photographer you shall receive a full refund.

If you guys cancel the booking less than 2 month ahead of the wedding date, I will send you receipt of 50% of the booking amount.

If you need to postpone I am more than happy to reschedule to a new date once.

~ ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL

Depending on the location of your wedding and where I work the day before, I may require accommodation and transport costs covered.

I would be happy to reserve this myself and add this to your final balance.

The prices for these will always be transparent, and I will send you the hotel and the travel company’s receipt without adding any other costs.

~ GROUP SHOTS

Though I try make group photos as enjoyable as possible we all know they can take a while and be a bit like herding cats. Cat’s that have drank a few prosecco’s.

Every group photo can take 10-15 minutes to make, so please ensure you have set aside some time for the formal photos you would like. Whilst I’m doing this I cannot be taking photos and documenting those real moments that you’ve probably hired me to take!

~ MY COMMUNICATION

I try my best to reply to emails within 24 hours, though at busier points in the year this isn’t always. Sorry, it’s just my wife and I running this ship!

– Für uns ist es „nur“ eine Hochzeit!!!
Liebe ist Liebe! Alle Menschen sind uns gleich!
Sie fragen sich vielleicht, warum wir Begriffe wie „LGBTQIA+-freundlich“, „lesbische Hochzeit“, „schwule Hochzeit“, „queere Hochzeit“, „Trans-Hochzeit“, „Ehegleichstellung“ und „Homo-Ehe“ verwenden.

Wir behandeln gleichgeschlechtliche Hochzeiten natürlich auf unsere eigene heteronormative, aber nette Art – raten Sie mal, warum wir einige dieser Suchbegriffe verwenden. Ja, Sie raten richtig, die LGBTQIA+-Community verwendet auch Begriffe wie Homo-Ehe, lesbische Hochzeiten, Schwulen-Hochzeiten, zwei Bräute, zwei Bräutigame bei der Online-Planung ihrer Hochzeit. Wenn Ihre Gemeinde also tatsächlich die Ressource findet, die Ihnen bei der Planung Ihrer Hochzeit hilft, mit maßgeschneiderter Sprache, Fachwissen und Fachkompetenz, die wirklich auf sie zugeschnitten ist.

~ WIE VIELE FOTOS ERHALTE ICH?

Ich habe keine maximale Anzahl an Fotos von einem ganzen Hochzeitstag. Die Zahlen können variieren, je nachdem, wie viel Sie für Ihren Tag geplant haben und wie lange ich dort bin.

~ WIE ERHALTE ICH MEINE FOTOS?

Alle bearbeiteten Fotos werden über Ihre eigene private, passwortgeschützte PicTime-Galerie bereitgestellt, wo Sie sie in hoher Auflösung herunterladen können. Außerdem ist Ihrer Galerie ein Webshop angeschlossen, in dem Sie Abzüge, Alben und vieles mehr kaufen können.

~ DREHEN SIE SICH UM

Mein Ziel sind 2-3 Wochen! In geschäftigeren Zeiten kann es länger dauern, aber ich werde dies in diesem Fall mitteilen. Bitte, bitte, senden Sie mir eine Woche nach Ihrer Hochzeit keine Nachrichten, in denen Sie mich fragen, ob sie fertig sind!

~ MACHEN SIE MEINE FOTOS MIT WASSERZEICHEN?

Nein! Ich bin ein professioneller, erfolgreicher Hochzeitsfotograf, daher ist kein Wasserzeichen erforderlich

~ AUSRÜSTUNG

Ich bin mir nie wirklich sicher, warum die Leute mich das fragen (ich garantiere, dass einer Ihrer Onkel es am Tag der Hochzeit tun wird). Wenn Sie wissen müssen, dass ich Canon R6 Mrk II, Canon RF-Objektive, Mac Book Pro, Lightroom und Photoshop verwende und Ihre Fotos auf der Synology NAS-Festplatte speichere, die mit einem Cloud-Dienst verbunden ist. ~ VERSICHERUNG

Ja, ich bin versichert. Betriebshaftpflicht bis zu 1.000.000 € und Berufshaftpflichtversicherung bis zu 50.000 €

~ WELCHE NUTZUNG HABE ICH?

Ich behalte das Urheberrecht aller meiner Fotos. Sie erhalten das volle Nutzungsrecht. Sie können sie ausdrucken, teilen und damit machen, was immer Sie wollen. Wenn sich jedoch jemand an Sie, Zeitschriften, Lieferanten, Blogs usw. wendet, die diese auf ihren eigenen Social-Media-Konten verwenden möchten, stellen Sie sicher, dass sie mich zuerst fragen.

~ AN DEINEM TAG

Ich bin so viele Stunden bei Ihnen, wie Sie mich gebucht haben – das bedeutet in der Regel, dass ich eine halbe Stunde vor Beginn ankomme und kurz nach dem ersten Tanz wieder gehe, es sei denn, Sie buchen mich für einen längeren Aufenthalt

~ ESSEN UND TRINKEN

Wenn ich den ganzen Tag bei dir bin, muss ich essen und trinken! Von Ihrem Lebensmittellieferanten erwarte ich nichts Extravagantes, sondern etwas Einfaches. Wenn keine Mahlzeit bereitgestellt wird, muss ich das Gelände verlassen, um etwas zu Mittag zu essen, und verpasse möglicherweise wichtige Momente.Bitte reservieren Sie keinen Platz an den Gästetischen, da es mir lieber ist, etwas abseits von euch zu essen und trotzdem die Party im Auge zu behalten.

~ WIE BUCHEN WIR SIE?

Es ist schmerzlos, versprochen! Besuchen Sie meine Kontaktseite und senden Sie mir über das dortige Kontaktformular eine Nachricht. Ich erstelle dann für Sie einen Vertrag mit allen Informationen und Schritten, die Sie unternehmen müssen, um mich für Ihr Date zu gewinnen. Ich schicke Ihnen eine Bestätigung und den Erhalt der Buchungsgebühr für Ihre Unterlagen und schon kann es losgehen!

~ ZAHLUNG & BUCHUNGSGEBÜHR

Die Buchungsgebühr dient der Reservierung Ihres Termins und ist nicht erstattungsfähig. Dies umfasst die Durchführung Ihres Termins, unsere Kommunikation vor der Hochzeit, Beratungen und die Erstellung von Verträgen. Die vollständige Zahlung ist 2 Wochen vor Ihrem Hochzeitstermin fällig.

~ STORNIERUNGEN

Ich werde mein Bestes tun, um einen Partnerfotografen zu schicken, der Ihre Hochzeit fotografiert. Wenn ich keinen Partnerfotografen finden kann, erhalten Sie eine volle Rückerstattung. Wenn Sie die Buchung weniger als 2 Monate vor dem Hochzeitstermin stornieren, sende ich Ihnen eine Quittung über 50 % des Buchungsbetrags.Wenn Sie eine Verschiebung vornehmen müssen, bin ich gerne bereit, den Termin einmalig auf einen neuen Termin zu verschieben.

~ UNTERKUNFT & REISEN

Je nachdem, wo Ihre Hochzeit stattfindet und wo ich am Vortag arbeite, kann es sein, dass die Kosten für Unterkunft und Transport übernommen werden.Gerne reserviere ich dies selbst und füge es Ihrem Endguthaben hinzu.Die Preise hierfür sind stets transparent und ich übersende Ihnen die Rechnung des Hotels und des Reiseunternehmens ohne weitere Kosten.

~ MEINE KOMMUNIKATION

Ich versuche mein Bestes, innerhalb von 24 Stunden auf E-Mails zu antworten, obwohl dies zu geschäftigeren Zeiten im Jahr nicht immer der Fall ist. Tut mir leid, nur meine Frau und ich leiten dieses Schiff!
